1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website xinxingwangbo.com and our mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Business Cooperation Framework

Beijing Xinxing Wangbo Technology Co., Ltd engages with global partners through three primary cooperation models:

• Project Operations Management: We provide full-lifecycle management for third-party mobile projects, governed by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Custom R&D Services: Technical development projects are executed based on detailed Statement of Work (SOW) documents. All deliverables and milestone payments are handled according to individual project contracts.
• Self-Developed Ecosystem: Participation in our self-developed projects via API integrations or distribution partnerships is subject to separate commercial agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, graphics, and proprietary monetization frameworks, is the exclusive property of Beijing Xinxing Wangbo Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

4. App Store & Platform Specifics

Users accessing our services through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are also subject to the terms and conditions provided by Apple and Google. We are solely responsible for our applications and the content therein, as per our developer agreements with these platforms.

5. In-App Monetization & Payments

Our applications may offer in-app purchases, VIP features, and subscriptions. All transactions are handled through the respective platform's payment system (Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing). We follow the strict guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations as mandated by these platforms.

6. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

We strive to resolve any disagreements through amicable negotiations first. However, if a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

• Amicable Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion for a period of at least 30 days.
• Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Legal Venue: For any legal proceedings, the courts of Beijing, China, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beijing Xinxing Wangbo Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
